Where Can I Serve?

Jesus told us, His followers, to make disciples of all nations and one of the most important values of this church is our mission to our community and our world. It begins in our own backyard and spreads overseas to every nation! Church members are involved in a variety of ministries from things as simple as teaching Sunday school, visiting people in nursing homes, crafting and quilting or participating in Sunday worship in the choir or as greeters, readers, or ushers!

Ushers and Greeters
The ushers and greeters in our church fill an important role during services guiding traffic, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, unlocking doors/locking doors, and generally ensuring that the service can be focused on praising God! The members are servant-hearted men and women whose ministry is integral to church life.

Cooking and Serving

Throughout the entire Bible, ministry is often focused around fellowship, but no one modeled inclusive table fellowship like Jesus Christ! Our Bereavement Team unselfishly prepares meals for those recovering from surgeries or for families following the memorial services of a loved one.  If you like to cook or love to eat, this is a place for you!

Media & Technology

Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church and in an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. We use sophisticated audio and visual tools to enhance the worship experience and your role in worship is essential to making that experience worshipful. All of our weekly sermons are uploaded to our website in audio formats and we also maintain an active Facebook page for additional church communication.  CLICK HERE for our Facebook.

Children & Youth
Do you love working with youth?  Once per month, Youth Connect (6th-10th graders) meet from 6-8pm for food, fellowship, and fun.  People are needed to cook and/or serve dinner or volunteer to help surpervise the fun and fellowship.  For more information email Heather.

Prayer Warriors

Prayer cannot be overestimated! Prayer moves the hand of God and we are a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s grace. Each Sunday, during the morning service, a team of volunteers is praying for the ministry of the Word, and throughout the week, special requests are texted to members of the prayer chain (CLICK HERE to join the Prayer Team)
